Project Manager, Pump Stations Improvement Project. Was the lead designer on this project involving the replacement of pumping equipment and installation of a new radio alarm system in four pump stations. Design of the radio telemetry system was complicated by the fact that the electric trolley from San Diego to Tiajuana, Mexico ran between the pump stations and the police department to which the alarms were being sent. Two of the stations were for storm water, two for sanitary sewage. The project also included about 1300 feet of sewer, including two jack and bores.
