Represented the defense of a septic system installer. A handicapped person who was unable to walk had gardened in the area above the leach field that defendant had constructed, had come down with septicity, and had died. It was alleged that the septicity was due to defective construction of the leach field. Demonstrated that the leach field was correctly constructed and that the wastewater in the leach field was far below the area in which the gardening was done.
